Several years ago, I was struggling with significant health challenges. I found myself increasingly overwhelmed when I wasn’t able to make progress on those issues through traditional means.
Before this health crisis, I had pursued a career in agricultural economics, a field far removed from health and wellness. I even had a PhD from one of the most well-respected universities in the field! Although I knew a few basics of healthy living—staying hydrated, eating vegetables, and limiting sugar—I didn’t fully understand the profound impact nutrition has on overall well-being.
As I began learning more about nutrition and muscle testing, I adjusted my diet and addressed mineral deficiencies through targeted supplements. My energy returned, and I no longer rely on lengthy naps to make it through the day.
Motivated by my personal health transformation, I pursued extensive training in muscle testing and became a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner through the Nutritional Therapy Association. Today, I am passionate about helping others discover how nutrition can support healing and enhance their quality of life.
